He steals the car and takes it to Ganpat.

While working on the car they discover a sum of Rs. 1 crore in the boot. They are delirious with joy at the unexpected turn of events and start spinning dreams. Little do they know what lays in store - for the car and the money belongs to a vicious gangster/loan shark called Faujdaar (Anupam Kher)! Guru's plans ricochet when he tries to sell the stolen Mercedes to Suleman Supari (Rahul Dev), a hitman, who recognizes the car and notifies his friend Faujdaar. Scared for his life, Guru squeals that the moolah is in Ganpat's garage. Faujdaar sends his henchman with Guru to retrieve the cash. Unknown to them, the paranoid Ganpat has hidden the money in what he thinks is a safe place in his garage, because he's afraid that thieves might rob him off the cash. By the time henchman Lovely and Guru reach the garage, Ganpat is involved in an accident, which results in a temporary loss of memory!Guru can't find the money anywhere and he has no clue where the amnesic Ganpat has hidden it. A vengeful Faujdaar decides to bump off Guru, who pleads for his life and begs for a chance. The sadistic Faujdaar gives him a grace period of 3 days to cough up the dough. With no hope in sight, a dejected Guru almost resigns himself to death, when he bumps into Mona, a con woman who had teamed up with him in a smalltime con job a few years back. The heist had been a success, but Mona had vamoosed with all the money, leaving Guru in a lurch. She's right now in the process of putting a sting on a builder, Pachisia (Yashpal Sharma), for which, she requires a partner. Since Guru needs the dough quick, he hesitantly teams up with Mona (Rimi Sen). Mona and Guru successfully con a large sum of money off the builder only to lose it again to a strange quirk of fate. The story then weaves itself to a thrilling climax, going through a series of hilarious events, comic situations and nerve wracking moments.

The film tells the story of a dancer, Suhani (Gayatri Patel) who wants to make it big in the showbiz industry without doing any compromises such as the usual traps of casting couch or sleazy dance numbers in skimpy outfits. While her journalist roommate isn’t too optimistic about her aspirations, Gayatri is confident. Gayatri also teaches poor kids how to dance. Once, late night she discovers slum kids dancing on the road very enthusiastically. Impressed she invites them to her dancing school. Things also start looking up for her when her new acquaintance Neil (Ajay) who owns a restaurant starts believing in her dreams. Gayatri meanwhile also gets a chance to work along with hot shot music video makers RJ (Aquib). But trouble then comes in the form of her landlord who wants to sell of his place where she runs her dance school for poor kids. Now since she has turned down RJ’s casting couch offer, she is deprived of her job and money that she deserves. Her only hope remains a dance show through which she aspires to earn enough money to buy the same place and save her school.
Now where have you heard that or seen it before if you may wonder then its not long back. Almost a similar story line of a passionate dancing girl wanting to say her dancing school and then organizing that one big show was seen in Madhuri Dixit’s comeback venture Aaja Nachle. But leaving that aside the whole film comes across as an amateurish attempt. The romance between Gayatri and Ajay appears half baked. The dialogues are good at places though and the choreography simply mind blowing.
Gayatri Patel is a brilliant dancer and a decent actress too but Ajay and Aquib simply can’t act. The most impressive actor however is Nikunj Pandey.
Go for it if you are a dancing fan and don’t mind sitting through a boring plot for the sake of some great dance sequence.

Movie story:
Sidh [Arshad Warsi], John [Aashish Chowdhry], and Amit [Yash Tonk] are inseparable friends. Their life is full of fun, frolic and adventure. But sometime the destiny cannot fathom such smooth sail. The way a director chooses to open a film reflects a great deal on what lies ahead. This is one of those films that has, as its first shot, an overhead view of Mumbai city’s hustle-bustle at a crowded juncture. If you think back a few years back, this was the accepted mandatory shot for opening movies about Mumbai. A second later, we see the hero Deepak (Govinda), among many waiting to cross the road, when inevitably something funny must happen – in this case his accidental bumping against a plump lady. An argument between the two ensues and the long scene, with no context to the story, is finally wrapped up, We see Deepak’s bizarre family, where his own brother-in-law (Asrani), a lawyer, is fighting a case against his father (Om Puri), a retired college professor. The second brother-in-law (Manoj Joshi), a vehicle inspector, is averse to Deepak’s success. His two sisters, looking like they’ve stepped out of a saas-bahu serial set, are helpless against their husbands who are plotting to sell the house they all live in. Deepak is the only one who wants to keep this home for sentimental value. In court, Deepak refuses the assistance of a lawyer and wins the earlier case—but it’s a pyrrhic victory as all they win is a run-down bus. Instead of selling it, the patriarch suggests that a bus travel business be opened. Deepak with sidekick and friend Sundar (Rajpal Yadav) opens the bus service naming it Chal Chala Chal. Predictably, they encounter problems at every step, from incompetent drivers to an unreasonable trade union backing them. Somewhere in the middle, the audience must endure a song where Govinda and Yadav cavort with blonde dancers. The rest of the story has Deepak in-and-out of trouble, with his brothers-in-law plotting against him at every turn, and the Union getting violent. The only silver lining seems his father’s sage advice and the sweet-sour friendship with regular bus traveler Payal (Reema Sen). The ending is as predictable and safe as expected. Comedy includes a track that has Sundar going after the bus’s resident mouse with the gear of the bus. There are occasional bright sparks though, like using a pun to call a `grateful’ person a great fool. Dialogue is archaic with Govinda going off into monologue mode about the aam aadmi etc. Unforgivably abrupt cuts make this look like a semi-finished picture. Of the cast, Om Puri is excellent as the wise old man, especially when he tells his short-tempered son to sweet talk his way to closing the deal with the trade union. Govinda looks a bit mature for a role essentially written as a 20-something enterprising lad. Yadav doesn’t make you laugh at all. Reema Sen as the love interest does well. Her character, in fact, is an interesting one, especially during the track when she demands compensation of Deepak, after injuring herself on his bus. Emotionally moved by her false tales, Deepak keeps paying her till he realizes he’s been had. Technically, the film is woefully archaic. Director Rajiv Kumar (producer of four films; director of one: Kranti Kshetrain 1994) makes a film that isn’t the worst this critic has encountered on the job; but it’s incredibly out of touch with the audience today and their evolved taste.
