I've personally been waiting for Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna's music release so eagerly just as I am waiting for the movie release.

Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna is directed by Karan Johar and the music is by Shankar Ehsaan Loy. To be honest, I am a little disappointed at the quality of music for such a big budget and star packed movie. Taare Zameen Par (2007)

Sorry for taking so long to post Taare Zameen Par. I've been REALLY busy lately. As they say, better late than never. So here it is. Aamir Khan's directorial debut Taare Zameen Par stars himself in the lead role alongside Tanay Chheda, Tisca Chopra, Vibha Sharma, and Darsheel Safary. I'm sure a lot of you have been eagerly waiting for this. Aamir is also the producer of this film. We all know that he is a control freak when it comes to his movies and has had problems with his previous directors and producers. So this time he's taken control of everything to make sure the final product is exactly what he wants. I hope it pays off well.

Music of TZP is directed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy. Right now I'm listening to song 3 and there is nothing spectacular so far. It ain't that bad either. I'm sure I will like them more once I see the film. I hope you enjoy them more than I did.

Dil Chahta Hai (2001)

I love everything about Dil Chahta Hai! The music, the cast, the story, script, and everything else in this movie (except a couple maybe). I have watched this movie more than 10 times since it was first released, and everytime I watch it, it feels like it's the first I'm watching it.

Dil Chahta Hai's casts include Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Akshaye Khanna, and the pretty Preity Zinta. I think Aamir and Saif play the most interesting characters of the movie. They are funny, they are bold and most importantly their characters seem so real. I think this movie has something for everyone. You gotta watch this, if you havn't yet. It is directed by Farhan Akhtar, and the music is given by the one and only AR Rahman Shankar Ehsaan Loy (thanks to Anon for correcting me). The songs are great, but you would enjoy them much more if you were listening to them while watching the movie, or at least knowing in what context the songs are sung in the movie. Don - The Chase Begins Again (2006)

The wait is over boyz n galz!! Don is here!! I guess the release of its soundtracks was as much anticipated as the movie itself is.

After all the 'charche' about this film, I don't think there are many who don't know the casts and crew of DON. In case there are still some unaware, which is very unusual, I'll just say it. Don - The Chase Begins Again is a remake of the classic 1978 movie that starred Amitabh Bachchan as the Don. This time around Shahrukh Khan is the Don, and the rest of the gang includes Priyanka Chopra, Isha Koppikar, Arjun Rampal, Kareena Kapoor, Boman Irani and Sushma Reddy. The new Don is directed by Farhan Akhtar.

The trio gang Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy have directed the music of DON. They have brought back two of the songs from the 1978 Don to life; Khaike Pan Banaras Waala and Yeh Mera Dil. The new Khaike Pan Banaras Waala is sung by SRK himself, however none of the songs have that vibe the originals have/had. That's just my opinion. Salaam-E-Ishq (2006)

Salaam-E-Ishq is a star packed (six couples. twelve lives.) directed by the man who brought us one of most loved movies of 2003, the one and only Nikhil Advani. It's his second film so far, and from all it's star power, you can only guess that Salaam-E-Ishq is going to do very well in the box-office. But how good a movie it is, is yet to be seen. The cast of SEI includes Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Vidya Balan, John Abraham, Akshaye Khanna, Anil Kapoor, Ayesha Takia, Juhi Chawla, Govinda, Isha Koppikar, Shannon Esrechowitz, Sohail Khan, Karan Johar (!?) and Anjana Sukhani. Wow!

The music of this film is given by the guys who rocked the world with Don's music earlier this, Shankar Ehsaan Loy. The music is great, very playful and as usual they will rock ya! Enjoy!

Lakshya (2004)

Madhuri Dixit is back! Aaja Nachle marks the return of our favorite Bollywood actress. Madhuri hasn't appeared in any movie since 2002 (Devdas and Hum Tumhare Hai Sanam) and she's back with a bang. At least makers of Aaja Nachle think so. The film's other leading casts include Ranvir Shorey, Irfaan Khan, Konkona Sen Sharma, Kunal Kapoor, Akshaye Khanna, Divya Dutta, and Vinay Pathak. The film is directed by Anil Mehta.

Music of Aaja Nachle is directed by the Merchant brothers, Salim and Sulaiman. I haven't had a listen to any of the songs yet. I'm hoping it's good, because Madhuri definitely deserves a comeback that's perfect from every aspect. I'm really looking forward to see more of her.

Rock On (2008)

Farhan Akhtar who has helmed the director's seat in Dil Chahta Hai, Lakshya and Don - The Chase Begins is debuting as an actor and singer in Rock On along with Prachi Desai. Others major casts of Rock On include Arjun Rampal, Luke Kenny and Purab Kohli. It's directed by Abhishek Kapoor. The film is about four friends who put together a rock band called Magik, but never make it big. Many years later, they're back together and start things where they left off.

Music of Rock On!! is composed by Shankar Ehsan Loy who are I think the best to do a film like this. I love the songs. And Farhan Akhtar is a surprisingly good singer too. I think you are gonna love this one, so ENJOY!!
